1. Returns

• Hum sirf un products ko accept karte hain jo original condition me ho, unused ho, aur original packaging ke saath return kiye gaye ho.
• Return request humse contact karne ke 7 days ke andar initiate karni chahiye product delivery ke baad.
• Custom framed posters ya personalized items return nahi kiye ja sakte, unless product me damage ho ya defect ho.

2. Refunds

• Eligible returns receive karne ke baad, refund aapke original payment method me process kiya jayega.
• Refund process me 7-10 business days lag sakte hain, depending on bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges non-refundable hain.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• Agar aapko product damaged ya defective mile, humse 24 hours ke andar contact karein, photos ke saath.
• Aise cases me, hum ya to replacement provide karenge ya full refund.
